Dynaorder & IB startup

I'm just getting started with automated trading through Dynaorder to Interactive Brokers (IB). My morning startup is:

1) Log into the standalone version of TWS.
2) Start the Dynaorder Host.
3) Open eSignal (and my page with charts and EFS scripts)

Has anyone automated this startup? Could I keep these running 24/7 (without shutting down and restarting every morning)?

Regarding automating, check the 3rd party apps on the dynaorder site. edit - dynaOrder is no longer maintaining this software as of 9/2/2006

At midnight, the TWS app resets itself (or something like that) which causes dynaorder to lose communication... so you have to do some restarting of applications.

I know one person who has done work towards automating this process, but he is out of town for a week or two. I will pass along the link to him. I have played with but have not aggressively pursued.

I am out on vacation this week, just let Steve or mysef know your mail at home in a private message, and I will forward you a complete set-up package. I have automated the entire set-up on win-XP, runs liek a charm.
