UK vs US Time

I am in the UK, and have written scripts for 1min and various tick charts, however when the scripts are run by a user in US, it appears the bar data is different, The closes are different etc, we have tried to synch up with the NYSE , so 14:30 to 21:00 for UK and 0930 to 1630, but to no avail, By creating a time template.

Please Help

Thanks loomis, will give that a go, after a hour a few hours of looking for and why the differences, we found that the script which looks at the $ticki, was coming up two minutes behind for instance on the es m4 chart 1minute, My $ticki at 21st May 2004 14.35GMT, showed a high of 24 and the script also picked it up at 14:35,(9.35) however on his ESM4 chart and script calculated the ticki with a high displayed at 9:33(14:33) on his ES M4 chart, but his $ticki chart showed it at 9.35. This is with his time template set to 09:30 to 16:00. Also confirmed with the tickitick histogram thats on this site.

Is this a Bug ??
