How do I Keltner set up?

Hi,, I'm not a real pro with this software yet but I need to know to set up the Keltner channel, the set up I need is Mid Keltner Band=8bar exponetial MA.. Upper Keltner Band=8 bar with a multiplier constant of 1.3% above the EMA... Lower Keltner Band=
8bar EMA with multiplier of 1.3% below the ema.. Please someone help me..

Download KeltnerAtrEmaAdj.efs and Save it to any one of the folders in Formulas.
Then load the efs in the chart, right click the chart, select Edit Studies then the study from the dropdown list and set the length and multiplier you want
