DiNapoli Detrended Oscillator

Could some one show me how to add an audible to the
Dinapoli Detrended Oscillator.

>= 0.01 long
<= -0.01 Short

The attached efs will play a sound when at the completion of a bar the Detrended Oscillator has crossed above 0.1 or below -0.1
