Over the weekend i saw some templates posted on file sharing under the recent additions (files) but they are gone now . Is there a means of finding them plz?

They're still in File Share somewhere. They just aren't on the most recent additions list anymore due to new files being uploaded. If you remember the name of the file or part of the name you can use the search feature in File Share.
