account entittlements do not allow this program
Need AGRT OR TAH OR TAHC
the program will shutdown.

The error generates from the fact that you are using a username which is not allowed to run Advanced GET. Please send me your username, so I can check your account. I assume you are holder of a GET subscription and an eSignal premier subscription.
