se vogliono fare un questionario serio sec me dovranno cambiare sistema...

Sinceramente non vedo cosa ci sia di ambiguo. Sei stato assistito da un rappresentante del servizio di supporto ed eSignal ti chiede di esprimere un giudizio su quella esperienza per valutare come migliorare il servizio.
Moltissime ditte (incluso ad esempio Miscrosoft qui negli Stati Uniti) usano sistemi e/o questionari simili.

se il link conduce a una pagina ben riconoscibile e il mittente è identificabile in maniera efficace... dov'è il problema??

il fenomeno (phishing spesso storpiato in fishing) a cui tu fai riferimento prevede che tra ciò che leggi come indirizzo e quello a cui effettivamente inviato al click siano diversi. Basta verificare i percorsi e sei tranquillo
