I wanted to drop by this forum and thank all of you for creating such an active and energetic forum. Based on the number of posts, the Italian Forum is the 3rd most popular! I also want to say thank you for your patience as we worked through those issues on the IDM feed. From the feedback as of late, it appears the new feed is working just great and the problems are hopefully behind us.
Since the vast majority of us at eSignal only speak English, it's been a bit of a challenge ( to say the least!) to keep up with what's happening in this forum. In the future, if a problem is dragging on un-resolved, please post a message in one of the English forums or perhaps appoint a representative among you to contact eSignal Management directly and make sure we're aware of the outstanding issues.
We have an email mechanism set-up to contact the eSignal Service Management team directly when issues aren't being resolved in a timely manner. You'll find the link at the very bottom of our Contact Us page.
