I'm having some difficulty in setting up the initial connection between eSignal 12 and Interactive brokers, wondering if anyone might have an idea or two.
1) I have checked "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients" in Trader Workstation
2) I have added in Interactive Brokers and connected them in Broker Manager in eSignal
3) I have mapped out the currency I am interested in and it filled in the Broker Id
4) I have EFS Auto Trading enabled.
5) I have loaded the script "IB.efs" (script found in this forum) into the chart and "enabled" it.
Accordingly I would think that I would be able to place a trade to Interactive Brokers demo account ... but alas, nothing happens when i push Buy/Sell.
Any thoughts on what I might try?
