Cannot see the EFS switch

Hi,

I just got enabled for EFS-AT. I re-installed eSignal, but still dont see the EFS switch on the status bar. Am I missing anything?

Hi Kausik,

Thank you for the post and we apologize for the confusion. Give it just a few minutes as the service was on your account, but was not yet started. I've approved and started the service so in about 10 minutes you'll have access. If you do not see the EFS icon within that time please close eSignal, wait 30 seconds and open it back up. This will pass the entitlement to the local DM.
