How do I get Lots of Missing Data for Friday, July 27, 2007

Hi,

My Rt data for Ad GET RT & eSignal for Friday, July 27 stopped from 11:56 To 15:02.

There is a gap now in all my data so I can not do any kind of analysis.

How can I get this data or can eSignal fill this data on their servers ?

I am subscribing to BSE & NSE Indian market data.

If I can get at least the data for two major indices namely NIFTY Q7-NSF and $SENSEX-BOM would help too.

Missing Data

Hi,

I work in the Technical Support for eSignal. I have verified and reported the issue of the missing data to our Quality Assurance Department. The have replied back to me that, unfortunately, they are not able to retrieve the data.
