Dashboard versus setting up Type 1/Type 2 trades

Is there an advantage using the new Dashboard as compared to just setting up Type 1, Type 2, etc. searches in GET? I used the parameters for the different types of searches as instructed in these forums, as well as in the Optionetics seminars.

It would seem to me that the Dashboard searches would be perfect for the GET use just starting out since they would not have to set the parameters for the search.

Type 1 and 2 in Dashboard

The Dashboard would be a good tool for montioring a set of specific stocks for the Type 1 or 2 trade setup. However, with the new verision of Advanced GET EOD we also have implemented new search features to scan for the Wave 4 Channels (Blue, Green and Red) to narrow down the scans on a Type 1. We also have the ability to now scan for Oscillator divergence for the Type 2 trade. These two features will be very useful to new and existing users. The EOD comes with these searches prebuilt.
