Can't see issues with numbers in their code

I have GET EOD. When I open the issues list on my laptop, I cannot see or select any issue which has a number in its code. eg spot light crude daily is RCLspotv which I can see but the 24 hr code RCLspot1 and all the monthly contracts with numbers in their code are missing from the list. I have put the same data and the same version of GET on my desktop machine and all codes are available.

Can anyone suggest what setting I should change on my laptop to view and select these issues.

Which version (and build) of GET EOD are you running?
In what format is the local data (ie ascii, Computrac, Metastock File Library, etc)? Also you may want to post a screenshot of the Properties dialog box for that data format as that may provide some clues
