like when there is an quote 56.25 80 X 5 56.30 and than the big is steppin up like 56.28 80 X 2 56.30
any idea?

I think I understand what you are asking. As far as the Advanced Get scanner is concerned; it's a pretty unique and specialized feature that focuses primarily on Elliott wave theory. I don't think it may be the best solution for what I believe you're looking for. I think the Rally Scan feature may be something that's more relevant in this case. It doesn't have a specific field for bid/ask and bid/ask size but the data can be tied into a quote window and followed with the column selections that are available there. Hope this helps.
