I would start by visiting the Advanced Get Video Tutorials section of eSignal Central. Users who have gone through these videos have usually found them quite helpful. Since you specifically asked about the Type I trades, I would start with the Introduction to Advanced Get: Session 2. All the videos are quite informative, but that should provide you with a good starting point.
