Getting "Error Downloading"

When I hit "update now" button, I get "Login Refused". This has never happened before. What is happening? Can someone help me? Thanks

There was a problem with the download server that has now been corrected. Try downloading again and if you are still unable to download, please call the Technical Support line at 1-510-264-1700 #3.
