How can I edit the AutoFib.efs to work without subscribing to AGET - Fib studies are now non AGET.

If I remember correctly the Fib Tools have never been part of the Get Studies. The efs was written (by Matt Gundersen) to simplify the task of projecting extensions and retracements for those who use the Elliott Wave Study which is how the Fib projections are calculated in the efs.
You would need to find another way of determining how the retracements and extensions are measured. You may want to run a search in the BB as I recall seeing a few efs that compute retracements and extensions without using any of the Get Studies.
