Help ! Advanced Get Crashes

When I start up Advanced Get, the minute I enter a forex symbol, select a time period and number of bars, and try to load the chart, the application crashes on me. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, installed into a new directory, etc. several times. Still, I can't get Advanced Get to work. What's going on ??? What can I do ?
