Invalid User name or PSW

Hello! I just tried to open my Advanced Get and it's saying "Invalid Username or PSW" and telling me it has to be case sensitive???

ALso in the bottom right hand corner it's in red with "NO PSWD" "NO DM"

Anyone have suggestions what's going on?

Have you made any changes to the username and password fields in the Data Manager? Regardless, if you could Private Message me your username, we can check the connections to see the exact nature of the error and determine what may be happening here. Thanks.

Nope I've made no changes at all. Could this happen if my subscription to the data feed is ended???
