using CCI for trade

hello friends, i am using A. Get EOD stand alone version for last one year. i hrd that the cci can be used successfully to find good trade opportunities but i have no idea how :confused. Can anybody help please???

thanx woodie. i downloaded the pdf file composed by jeff. its good. its really good. but while experimenting the method in metastock(pro v-8.0), i was wondering what CCI should i use because metastock is providing two indicators namly CCI(equis) and CCI(Standerd). Please help me woodie.
