Could you tell me the significance of the numbers and roman numerals that make up the Elliot Waves?

Would you also explain the difference between the numbers that are circled and those that are not?

Hi Rob,

The Roman numerals that are displayed on the chart are the minor waves that occur within a larger, more significant wave count. The numbers in circles are the major Elliott waves.
