Hello.
I want to know which wave on the osc 5/35 ( there are 2 in this case) do I must considerer, to calculate the retracement of the wave 4. Because it could not be grater than 38 %.

You would use the lowest one (ie the first one) as that is the maximum excursion of the Oscillator during wave3.

Because it could not be grater than 38 %

Actually during a wave4 the Oscillator should retrace between 90% and 140% of the maximum exscursion registered by the Oscillator during wave3
