Trading the white part of the chart

I have a request for a teaching session on the concept of "trading the white part of the chart." I know Mike Quanbeck has talked about it, but I would like a more formal persentation.

I will pass the request on to Mike Quanbeck. You may have to come to an Intermediate seminar to hear him speak on the topic, but I will ask if he has anything he will post...at least for an intro on the subject matter.
