He may be referring to taking the Fib Ret tool, turning 'on' 1.40 as a variable, starting a calculation by clicking at zero (where the largest oscillator peak is located) moving the mouse icon to the peak of the oscillator and clicking a second time. With 1.40 now showing up. You can highlight with your mouse any number or
line, right click to bring up the Fib Ret menu, toggle on or off any variable number.
