  • Seven trading days ago I said, "Nasdaq doesn't appear ready to stop profit-taking yet, does it?"
ND and NQ has traded lower with some stability his week. I am still not convinced 'profit-taking' is over.

        • Duane,

Appreciate it. Here is a simple Nasdaq 100 update idea to watch.
Will the Short or Normal Ellipse hold? Will be watching.

          Best wishes, Marc

          • I have an interest in finding a Type 1 daily buy? Would anyone like to share any good Type 1 or 2 Buy setups?

I really miss having access to the eSignal-AGET scanner. It is great for identifying quickly possible Type 1 or 2 setups.

              • Jay,

Thanks for the chart. As a friend, as someone who use to teach others how to find
AGET setups, I want to tell you how proud I am of you! Your chart work is very nice!

Best wishes, have a really good weekend!

                PS- please post more ideas!

                • Jay,

                  Post a CMCSA update.
This time, just place a MOB
from previous pivot. It is a
Make or Break for this setup.
You may be on to something.

                    • Here's a follow-up from today's action. Pretty clear the buyers have a large support at 31.00. If the price breaks below that, there's a fair amount of downside here. Even though the Type 1 is invalid, I'm still watching for a possible long (watch the RTC.)

                      • Jay,

Your CMCSA daily chart still is valid. Here is why. You have been showing the alternate 'long' Wave count for your Type 1 buy setup. When using that wave count, crosslink it to the 10/70 Oscillator. That oscillator still is valid. It only pulled back 90%. Hence, your Type 1 Buy still was valid.

                              • Whe would you use the 10/70 osc vs the 5/35? what are the situations in where you would choose to do this?
