You asked how to set up a DMA. Go to Advanced GET Moving Average selection. Create two Moving Averages. Make one setting: length=6, offset=4, source= high, color= blue. Make the other MA: length=6, offset=4, source= low, color= red. You now have the 6/4 DMA Channels.
You asked about applying PTI. You don't normally apply a PTI. It will come up when Wave 4 is in progress. You can apply a manual PTI, but that is more a preference/experimental issue. Try clicking it at beginning of sequence, or at the beginning of W2.
You asked about how to get an Advanced GET scanner manual. Sorry I cannot help here. To the best of my knowledge, there is no scanner manual.
