For ES trading which time template?

I've been using the 24 hour time template to trade ES. Would the time zone template be better or stick to 24 hr template?

Hi Keith,

This really depends on how your trading the e-mini. If you are trading the overnight portion of the contract as well as the pit session, then the 24 hour time template is probably the best way to go. If you are just trading the RTH (regular trading hours) or ES M4=2, the you would most likely want to use a time template that runs from 8:30 to 3:15 CST. Thanks.
