YM #F "non entitled"??

All of a sudden, (yesterday Aug 8, Saturday, and today, Sunday,
Aug 9) when I try to refresh my "YM #F" charts, the status window says "not entitled".

Yet, I am having no problem refreshing my ES #F and AB #F charts.

Is there some way I can clear this up today?

Here's a recent KB Article on this subject. The timing seems a little late for you to finally see the not ent but it's more than likely that CBOT minis are simply not entitled on your account. Per that KB article, please go to Account Maintenance and add that service (there's currently no charge for CBOT minis).

Once you've done that, please make sure you exit and restart eSignal. The problem should be resolved at that point. If not, please let us know.

All was fine until yesterday morning. Guess I never got the word...

Made the entry under Account Maint.

Now it's ok....
