S&P 500 bid/ask

I am not receiving bid/ask for S&P 500. Any one else having this problem??

If you could please specify exactly which symbol you are not getting bid/ask on, it'll help narrow down any issues. If you're referring to the index symbol ($SPX), we don't receive the bid/ask for indices. If your following the S&P 500 future contract, (SPU4) or SP#F, I do see bid/ask data for these symbols. The large contact is primarily pit traded, it can be a little sporadic. The phone queue is quiet this morning and we haven't received any reports. Please let me know which symbol your looking at and we can make sure everything is operating as it should. Thanks.
