SIRI Loading issue

I am wondering why it take 30 seconds to a minute to load SIRI on a chart?

Running "0" efs's

I have 2 other data services/platforms that load instantly, but it seems when any stock experiences an increase in activity Esignal starts having serious issues trying to load charts.

Just looking for some type of a resolution.

Just pulled up a couple of charts of SIRI and the data loaded up quick. If you would please Private Message me your eSignal username, we can take a look at your current connections and troubleshoot things from there. Please let me know.

I experience this too when calling up a stock which is trading heavy volume and fast. Everytime I've called up SIRI during rth in the past few days I've witnessed long load times, today was the worst ever a few minutes after the open. FWIW I had other users say the same today about loading SIRI.
