SIMEX no trade price received

Dear support~

SIMEX all products got problem~
no trade price at all~ and the BID/ASK just repeating and duplicated~!!!

turn out I found the looping porblem is exsist in ALL Simex product~ including all SIMEX INDEX and FUTURES..
