SIMEX TW Future ALWAY delayed in Market Open

I have been messing up with this problem for WHOLE month~

Esignal support just can't help~ anyone have same problem as I do??

Simex TW futures~ market open in 08:45 (GMT+8) and the esignal alwaysssss have its first price after 5-20mins means at least I need to wait until 08:50 or even 09:05 to see the first price coming from esignal~!!

However the open price of esignal does not match withe SIMEX exchange's web quote.

Means esignal SIMEX price should be DELAYED or MISSING!

The behavior you've described reminded me of an issue that is currently experienced when using a particular interval in the Advanced Chart. In regards to the Advanced Chart that opens 5-20 minutes after the open of regular trading, what time interval is this chart set to? By this I mean, are we working with a 3-minute chart, a 13-minute chart? Does this delayed occur on every Advanced Chart that is open or a select one or few? Also, do you have a particular Time Template applied to the chart(s) in question? Please let me know.
