  • SIMEX all data looped and repeating

    after 2hours normal~ it turn out mess up again~
    pls check the SIMEX, all price receiving are looped and repeated.

    I too am receiving a looped data stream for the Simex Nikkei...haven't checked the other mkts.

        We have verified the reports below of "looping" data on symbol NI H5-SI. The daily data will be fine. I will post again once I know what will happen to the bad tick data.

          I just wanted to post a follow up to the earlier reports of the "looping" data on SIMEX traded issues.

          We've discovered the cause of the erroneous data; we are continually working to determine if the interval data can be repaired. We should have some additional information later today, which will be the determining factor. Moving forward, the daily data for these contracts do not seem to be affected and we do not foresee any issues with the upcoming session.

                Simex data looping

                I have verified this data and sent this to our Quality Assurance department to further investigate this issue. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the problems with the SIMEX data.

                  SIMEX data looping

                  Dear eSignal Clients,

                  The SIMEX data has been fixed and the Intraday Chart data should no longer be stuck in a loop. We have made the necessary changes to fix this and will continue to monitor the SIMEX to insure the accuracy of the data. Thank you for you patience in regards to this issue.
