I am looking at a 5 min. Tick chart and the first 5 min is always a huge range bar.

Is there any way I can eliminate the first 5 min of each day or edit the data so that the first 5 min bar does not appear?

Not sure what you mean by "huge range". As far as I can see it is usually much more contained than the other bars during the day (in the enclosed image the first 5 min bar is indicated by the red arrows)
Irrespective you can set the Time Template to start plotting later
