CBOT Depth problem

I seem to be having a problem with the Market Depth for eCBOT products during the evening hours. Every night, from the time the ZN and ZB products open at 7:00 CST, my depth does not reflect the current price nor does it update to reflect changes. I don't know what time it begins to function correctly, but it is always working by the morning at the opening of RTH. Also, I don't know if this is happening on other eCBOT products because I don't monitor them. Has anyone else experienced this same issue, and is there a fix for it?
