LME Data Corrupt

Problem: Daily LME data not representative of total price action throughout the day

What appears to be happening is that eSignal's servers are 'settling' the LME markets multiple times during the trading day thereby re-setting the daily price data...

note: intra-day data is still there...


Come on guys...LME metals having some of the biggest downmoves over the last couple years and I can't get a true representation of what the Daily chart looks like!?!?!?!

Hello Arvane,

We are currently working on this. I don't have all of the details of the issue, but the LME made some changes to their feed and we are working to accommodate our data structure to reflect that. This change was not made known prior to implementation so we are working quickly to get it resolved. As soon as we have some additional information to share, we will re-post to this thread with a full update. Thank you.

It would appear that whatever was causing the bad daily data has been fixed...

Could eSignal please go back and correct the daily bar charts please?
