  • Move a Optionable stock list to AGET?

    Hi,

Can someone please tell me how do I copy a optionable stock list from the CBOE into the AGET Portfolios?

    Thank you
    Mike D.

    Hi Mike,

I assume the Optionable Stocks file in question is saved as .txt. You can import an external list into Advanced Get by going to the "File" menu and then choosing "Portfolios".

Once you've selected "Portfolios", you'll want to choose the button that reads "New".

Once the "Edit Portfolio" window comes up, you can use the drop-down menu to choose "Import New List".

Once you've browsed for the file location, choose "Add All" and Save as List. You'll also want to give this list a unique name. After that, the list can be recalled at will. Hope this helps.

      Thank you very much.

It took me a while to find the list in txt format but I did it and it worked a treat.

      Many Thanks
