52 Week High/Low for #F and Forex Symbols

From our customer suggestion list, we have now implemented 52 Week High and Low information for US Continuous contracts (ES #F, GC #F, etc) and Forex symbols (GBP A0-FX, EUR A0-FX, etc.)
