Problem with Volume

Hello,

I trade the Simex Nikkei 225 (NI M2-SI currently) and I was wondering about it's volume reporting.

Using the Daily Tabular..this is what it shows:






Volume rarely drops below 10k...the avg is much higher.
Yet as the screenshot shows...vol is often reported as 1k -2k or less! Any idea what the problem could be? And if there is a fix? Is this a known issue?

Same thing for Simex MSCI Taiwan (TW J2-SI currently)

The volume reported is way too low! Avg daily vol is at least 7-8k
What i noticed in the 2 pictures is that the day's vol so far (trading day only 1/2 way through right now) seems to reflect correctly..but once it's not current day..very often the vol reported is wrong!

Is this a problem inherent only to SIMEX?

Hello...any update?
I was considering subscribing to Market Profile and others but it's quite pointless to do so until the volume issue is resolved.
