    When I try and see the system status using this link:
    http://www.esignalcentral.com/suppor...ys_status1.asp
    (this link used to get me to a page which had gauges on it letting me know how the system was doing)

    I get routed to this link:

    http://forum.esignalcentral.com/foru...?s=&forumid=47

    which isn't helping me trying to work out why Data Manager won't connect...

    Any ideas anybody?

    We recently moved the System Status from the first link you posted to the forums to keep users informed of any system wide issues in a more timely manner. By subscribing to these various forums, you can receive email notification about a particular issue.

    In regards to the Data Manager issue you mentioned, are you receiving any error messages when trying to connect eSignal? Has any new software, (i.e.) firewalls, antivirus been recently installed. Regardless, you may want to read through these various Knowledge Base articles that relate to Data Manager troubleshooting. If you still can't connect, please Private Message me your eSignal username and password and I can work with it locally to see if it may be account related. Please let me know.

      Thanks for the reply Duane,

      DM went offline for about an hour and then came back online again later. I tried it from 2 different computers (at different times) which hadn't had anything new installed and same problem. I assumed that eSignal was doing maintenance work and that's why I was trying to access the system status.

      I'll take your suggestion and subscribe to the threads in the forum.
