For KC #F using four hour candlesticks on delayed charts. Only getting 2 candlesticks per day and alot of mis-colored bars (reds should be green and visa versa).

Not sure why you would want to plot 4 hour bars for a security that trades only 3 hours and 15 min ie from 9:15 to 12:30 ET.
Regardless the reason you are seeing two 4 hour candles in a day is because if you are using a 24 hour time template the time slots are going to be 04:00, 08:00, 12:00 etc. So even though Coffee starts trading at 09:15 that time falls into the slot of the bar time stamped 08:00 which ends at 11:59:59. At 12:00 the security is still trading (until 12:30) so a second bar is formed which ends at 16:00 and includes the settlement (see enclosed chart)
As to the colors of the candles I am not seeing any miscolored bars. You may want to post an image illustrating what you are seeing
