XAU dec 112.5 puts

For some reason I am unable to see a daily chart that shows the full history of the xau 112.50 dec puts. on NOV 18 I was able to see daily chart reflecting history , and today I am unable to view any daily data before Nov 23rd.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do or is there a problem with history ?
