How many #Days do you have set up in the Time Template for interval T? Try increasing it to at least 5

Hi Alex, I tried different number of days. 0 should work. I can see the ticks during market hours, but outside it seems to be 50/50.Comment

Oh, hey you know something? I never realized a time template required a separate tick definition. I just had 'Intraday' set for 0 days. Some of the time it worked, which led me to beleive there was something wrong with the servers.Comment

That is why I asked you what your setting was for interval T.
FWIW you may want to have a setting for each tick based interval ie T, V, S and P.
