streaming data

How come I cannot receive streaming data on all of my charts, when I enter the ticker ym #f? The only data I receive is on the Daily Chart; cannot rec. 21t, 3,10, or 60 minute?
I do not have this problem when I change the ticker to any other system.

This is becuase you did not have the CBOT mini-sized futures subscription on your account. As there is no charge for this feature, I have taken the liberty of adding it to your account for you. You should now have real-time access to the YM #F futures.

For future reference, you can access you account status quickly by going to Customer Support --> Account Maintenance from within eSignal or by just going to https://secure.esignal.com/
