Hi,

todays daily bar of the russel 2k future shows a low of 728.4. Looking at todays market session i cant see that the market traded at that range.

I'm currently showing the low of AB is 726.60, which seems correct. Prices also may have pushed past the incorrect low that you were seeing.

Lol your funny arent you. The low of the daily bar was at 728.4 right after the markets opened. Now, that the russel dropped 14 points the daily bar is correct of course.

Next time ill post the chart as a proof.

I think you misunderstood my intentions. I didn't mean to sound like I was denying that the problem occurred, but that there isn't a need to correct it now. AB has been having sporatic problems with it's OHLC, and our engineers are looking into the cause.

Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for posting on this issue.

ok. Sorry for being so harsh but i was a bit pissed yesterday.

However i think that yesterdays 2/2/2006 daily candle is still wrong. If you look at the intraday chart the opening should be much higher, around 739 or the close of 2/1. Glad to hear that your engineers are working on that already.
