Tick chart looks different after restart eSignal

have someone also the problem with differently charts after esignal restart?

That's a normal issue with the way we currently store data. At this time, each server time stamps it's data when it receives it, so the data from server to server is very slightly different, but enough to change the charts (especially apparent on tick-based charts.)

The good news is we've been very busy over the last year rewriting our servers to use exchange time stamps. The benefit of this is that all the servers will be using the same time stamp for each trade, so all servers will have the same data on them. This is currently in testing and should be released in the middle of this year.
