Question on TSE JGB option symbol

I can get the data from the call option but not from the put option quote.

Call option symbol is JGB10 H6C1360-TPX, result have data display.

But put option symbol JGB10 HP1360-TPX, result no data display.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with put option symbol.

There seems to be a problem with the puts on the JGB10 future options. We are investigating this issue.
