DAX daily

Dax daily data doesnt match with intraday action. For example yesterdays daily bar of dax chart is wrong. The close was about 5804 and not 5775. I wouldnt complain if there is one or two points diffrence but 30 points is way too inaccurate.

It seems that the data for the close is screwed up. Any suggestions?

The daily bar always includes the settlement which was 5775.50 as you can see in the enclosed image taken from Eurex' site
