Hi,
We did have a Network problem earlier but all data should have been restored by 9:32 am GMT. The connection between us and the Exchange failed and it took much longer than usual to get corrected. We are still researching what went wrong and why our back-up mechanisms didn't kick-in sooner.
We try to post to System Status ASAP so don't forget to check that site when you spot problems. Today's problem has already been cleared from the Status page.
