Tic Data Loading Problems

When I am in London, most mornings I cannot load AB #F (or any AB contract) before about 8am EST U.S. time.

There is no problem with either minute or volume data, only tick.

There is no problem with ES tic data.

I use the same time template for all data I try and load.

If you are using a 1 Day Time Template for the interval T there may not be enough data for AB to create a 133T bar. Try increasing the #Days for that interval to 2

Tried it with 3, 5 and 9 days as well as dynamic. It only comes back closer to 8am EST

You need to make sure that in the Time Template that is being used in the chart you have a User Defined setting specifically for Interval T (see attached example). If you also use other tick based charts (ie V, S, etc) you may want to add those too.
